Manufactured by the H. W. Cooey Machine & Arms Company in Cobourg, Ontario, Canada acquired by the Winchester Arms Company, the model 370 was produced from 1968 until 1973 with 221,578 units completed. The 28 Gauge is the rarest of the chamberings for this model.
