Description:
This is a First Generation Colt Single Action Army in .38 WCF with a 4 3/4" barrel. The bluing is mostly gone yet there is no pitting. This firearm was manufactured in late 1907 and is therefore a transitional firearm. It features a 2 line patent address, two line Colt address on the top of the barrel with the caliber stamped on the left side of the barrel. The trigger spur has a boarder around it, but no underline. The black rubber grips feature the Prancing Pony facing forward and are in good condition. All the serial numbers do not match as the grip frame and backstrap are stamped 303820 and the frame number is 303520 . The bore is good with minor freckling visible. The action is tight and strong.
