Marked U.S. S. North, MIDL tn CONN, 1844. Fully functional. Hammer was repaired and looks very good. Ring and cleaning rod missing. Wood is good with no cracks or splits. Metal has a grey patina and looks pretty good. Bore is also pretty good. Used in the Mexican War and later by Union Calvary in Several States.
