#160, Fabrique Nationale D'Armes De Guerre Herstal-Belgique: An FN Belgium 12 Bore Bar Action Sidelock Ejector Game Gun Made in 1930, 30" Ejector Chopper Lump barrels with a rib extension hidden third bite, .727 .008 & .023" (Imp.Cyl. & Mod.), Original 2 3/4" chambers, Wall thickness on the right barrel at .033" & the left .034", Nitro proved in Belgium, Bushed strikers, Double triggers, Splinter forend with an Anson release, Excellent wood with very dark black/brown contrast, Straight hand stock at 15 1/8 x 1 5/16 x 2 5/16" over a 1" Decelerator, Cast-off for the right hand, 7 lbs. 10 oz., This piece has 98% coverage of Renaissance style floral engraving with baroque and grotesque gargoyles or dragons, This is well cut engraving with a nice amount of cut relief, The barrels reblacked & now 99% blue, The wood has been reoiled and remains at 98%, The checkering is at 99%, The bores are excellent plus, It is on the face, The whole is cased in a leather trunk with a Lebeau trade label. The stock has a professional repair from the top tang to part way down the grip but it doesn't go to the trigger guard. It is a start/stop crack and properly repaired.
