Krieghoff model 32 San Remo trap gun. The exterior metal (barrels & action) is untouched and completely original with 97% original blue although it is slightly thinning. The12 gauge 30" barrels were professionally back-bored to .735 at sometime and the forcing cones were also lengthened; there remains a solid .035 minimal wall thickness. The chokes are marked IM/F and they measure every bit of that: .030 & .035 (tight & tighter). The original stock and forearm have been replaced with finely figured walnut pieces that were perfectly fabricated, fitted and finished. The monte carlo buttstock has a 14 ¼” LOP, 1 3/8” DAC, 1 ¼” at the rear of the comb and 1 ¾” DAH. In other words this is a fairly high comb! The gun weighs 8 lbs. 15 oz. and there is either two reducers in the butt or one reducer and some weight. Serial number is 376 and the proof date is March 1959 so this is a very early Krieghoff 32 and a beautiful game scene engraved San Remo. Great gun to convert to a Sporting Clays gun. No case.
