Description:
Colt 1911 Commercial .45 acp pistol made in 1915. Except for a WWII vintage Colt barrel this beautiful 1911 commerical appears to be completely original, including the magazine. The lighting made it difficult to capture how much original finish remains but I will call the original blue at 85% and thinning. The grips are original and retain about 90-95% finish. This is a fine example of a very early commercial.
