Description:
This is a very early Savage 1895 in .303 Savage. The steel appears original; the blue on the receiver is thinning to gray with the barrel having strong blue with white on the sharp edges. This is an early model with the with the chamber indicator on top of the bolt. The wood has been sanded and finish added. Under 6000 1895’s were ever built.
