Description:
A good working Flintlock Militia Musket with a Tower lock and a crown over GR.. The wood is walnut and in good condition, with a 43" long round barrel of about .60 caliber.Could be Rev War used. The action works good and the gun has an aged wood ram-rod. Brass furniture, and thimbles. this gun has good form and is balanced. Came from an old New England estate. Overall length is over 58". No proofs on the barrel. Front of the stock has a long hand made cap added years after the gun has seen much use and is a period repair. An interesting musket that was used long ago, and yet is in good condition. We don’t have asite .I prefer money orders or a check. Item ships when funds come in.
