Winchester Model 70 Pre-64 .270 Win (MFG 1941) built by Roger M. Green and engraved by Laura Steinhouse-Mandarino. Gun was built by Roger Green in 1986 and is #47. Trued bolt face and action, Lapped Lugs, 22” barrel is either a Lilja or Pac-Nor Open sights with ¼ rib, Beautiful Bastogne Walnut Exhibition Grade Stock, Beautiful Checkering On Pistol Grip and Forend, 13 ½” LOP, Checkered Metal Buttplate with Trapdoor, Checkered Bolt release, Checkered Bolt Handle, Jeweled Bolt and Magazine Follower, Inletted Swivel Stud in Stock and Pedestalled Swivel Stud on Barrel, Kudo engraved on Hinged Floor Plate. Scroll engraving also on Hinged Floor Plate, Trigger Housing, Metal Pistol Grip Cap, Swivel Studs, Action Screws, ¼ Rib, Front Sight, and Scope Rings. This Pre-War Model 70 has a Clover Leaf Tang. Zeiss Diavari-C 3-9x36 mounted in Talley QR Rings. Roger M Green has built guns for past Presidents of The United States and Laura Steinhouse-Mandarino engraved one of those same guns. Huey fitted custom gun case with cover included ($3,000 value).
