Description:
Early pinned and recessed in scarce 3 1/2" barrel Model 27-2. This is also in the scarcer factory nickel finish of which all of it is present and the ends of the cyinder show no signs of having ever been fired. Mint inside and out. No powder burn on inside end of barrel nor any in between barrel and top inside of frame. Stunning mint dark Smith & Wesson target grips. Blued sigthts ( somebody added some red paint to front sight which can esily be removed but doe make it sight nicely) Gun has all matching numbers on frame and back of cylinder. It has the R-N stamp on left side of frame in box and 771 so was sent back to factory in July of 71 for plating and remains unfired since this was done. All markings are deep as new so was never polished out. Minty case color hammer and trigger. SALE PENDING
