Description:
Serial #41882-5, .22 LR, 4 1/2? barrel with an excellent, bright bore. This is a 1951 made pistol that has retained 92-95% of the original blue finish with some mild silvering at the muzzle and the other high edges and projections. Additionally, there are some minor surface scratches and spots of finish loss along the matte finished top radius of the slide and breech-end of the barrel. The mottled brown Coltwood grips are in excellent condition with a only a few very minor handling marks and blemishes on either side and scant traces of flattening to the points. The pistol comes with a single original magazine as well as two original Coltwood interchangeable backstrap adapters (one shallow and one deep). This is a desirable 2nd Series Woodsman that would make a very nice addition to any collection. FFL or C&R
