Winchester model 1866 Saddle Ring carbine. This carbine is serial number 155-424 and is late production. The last of the late production 1866's were in .44 Centerfire and this carbine is in .44 Centerfire. Barrel address is very good. Barrel and tube are smooth even patina. Brass frame is very good with perfect fitting sideplates. No denting or filing. Wood is very good. This is a fine carbine and is unmolested.
