24 1/2" SxS chopper-lump, ported barrels of Bohler Rasant steel with fine fluorescent front sight, through-screwed swivel base, matted quarter rib, 1 standing and 3 folding silver-lined express sights and maker's name in gold. 15" pull from matte-gold-plated, checkered, articulated front trigger to Pachmayr solid brown recoil pad.
Highly figured walnut stock with Deeley-pulldown-latch splinter forend, steel trapdoor pistol grip cap containing spare firing pins, triggerguard tang extending to grip cap, top tang extending over comb, teardrops, classic point-pattern checkering, beaded pancake cheekpiece, rear swivel stud and mercury recoil compensator in butt.
English rose & scroll engraved, bolstered, French-greyed, Holland & Holland-type bar action sidelock with intercepting sears, gold-washed internals, automatic ejectors, cocking indicators, bushed firing pins with retaining setscrews, double Purdey underbites, active third fastener intercepting doll's head extension and manual top tang safety with SAFE inlaid in gold.
Weight: 10lbs, 10 1/2oz. Built 1981. Excellent mechanical condition. 99%+ blue. Tight and with excellent bores.
