Description:
Very Nice Winchester Model 1894, Round Barrel with Full Magazine. Serial #918xxx (1922 Vintage). Falls right within the timeframe when these recivers flaked on most of the production guns back then. Still a ton of Blue on the Receiver even though my photos don't do justice because of the light glare, Barrel and Magazine Blue are near 100%. Just amazing the difference in the two metals at that time. Bore is "AS New". Chambered in the all time favorite, 38-55. The wood on this gun is also Fantastic. Nice figure for a gun of this vintage. Retains 97-98%+ Original Varnish. Two areas which we highlighted on each side of the forestock are the two most detracting areas on the gun (See Photos). This is one of the best plain vanilla 94's we have had in years. Just wasn't used much over it's lifetime. A Keeper. FFL or C&R required. Priced to sell. Thanks for looking.
