Description:
Inv. 5115 Walther (AC-41) P.38, Caliber 9 mm, Serial Number 18XX e. This is a real early beauty. The high polish finish is at 96-97%. The only loss is the usual silvering of the sharp edges, muzzle and some light graying of the grip straps. There are no pits, rust or flaking to be found. All numbered parts match. The frame is stamped Eagle/359. The right side of the slide is also stamped Eagle/359 twice and Eagle/Swastika. The dark brown Bakelite grips are not chipped or cracked and are proper for the gun. The bore is excellent, sharp, crisp and bright showing little use. The gun comes with one proper magazine stamped Eagle/359. The bottom of the magazine is stamped with a small 1047 that is thought to be a police inventory number. This can easily be replaced if the buyer requests it. These early AC 41s are quite scarce especially in this fine a condition. $1695. A holster (shown) is available for the gun for $245. as is a spare mag at $95., to complete the rig.
