Early and Desireable Remington Model 7 in Short Action 308 Winchester Caliber. Metal retains all of 98%+ Original Finish with no apparent wear what-so-ever. Looks New. Factory Drilled for front and rear iron sights. Now equipped with one piece Leupold Mount and Rings. Dark Wood retains 98%+ Original Finish with Nice Figure and Sharp Cut Checkering. First looking at it we thought the wood had been rubbed with some type of oil but looking closer, we are convinced that the finish is the original factory oil finish. A couple of insignicant handling marks but that is all. Has Swivel Studs. Excellent Bore. A rerally nice handling gun in a super caliber. We don't see these for sale often anymore. FFL Required.
