This Civil War era Starr double action revolver is in fair Antique condition. The metal has been steel wooled or poilshed some but the markings are clear. The bore is very nice with great rifling. There is a large chip out of the grip at the toe. The revolver works very well in double action but no as well in single action.This revolver is a cap and ball Antique and can be sent to your address without a back ground check.
