Model 1886 Historical Short Rifle
Designed to handle the heavy .45-70 cartridge. Features a deeply-blued receiver, barrel and lever, along with matching blued steel end cap and steel crescent buttplate. Classic straight grip Grade 1 walnut stock with satin finish. Full-Length tubular steel magazine holds six cartridges. Receiver is drilled and tapped. Top-tang safety. Adjustable rear buckhorn style sight and a gold bead Marble Arms front sight. Production is limited.
