#3820 E. Whitney Arms Navy Model revolver, 7-1/2”x36cal percussion. Second Model, 2nd Type with ball style lever latch. Very good action and above average bore. It has had new percussion nipples installed and had been being used as a black powder shooter by some previous owner with success. The exterior metal has medium wear overall and light to moderate pitting over the entire surface, being slightly heavier on the barrel and cylinder than on the frame. The original walnut grips are very good; above average, actually and this is just a decent example of a Civil War era revolver. VG as described. $1125.
