Description:
This is an older Savage model 1899. The steel has been cleaned at some point and the blue on the receiver is gone. The 26 Inch octagon barrel has around 70 perscent blue remaining. The straight grip stock has two small crack that stop at the checkering.

Metal Condition: Good with thin and no blue on the receiver and good blue thinning to 70 perscent on the BBL.
Wood Condition: There are 2 crack that stop at the checkering, other wise very good.
Bore Condition: Bright and shiny.
Barrels: 26 Inch blue with sights.
Triggers: Single.
Stock: Nice straight grain straight grip walnut with a checkered wrist. (we do not know if it is factory)

Fore End: Splinter style with Schnabel.
Butt Pad: Crescent steel.
