Description:
M 85 Winchester-1912 manufacture, 45 cal. 125 Express, has a perfect bore. I rate the blue on action and barrel 97%, wood at around 85-90%, but has most original finish. Barrel is #3. Butt plate is about 50%, rifle is all-original, have owned since early 70s. This is a very rare piece; I have seen only three of this caliber. There were only around 100 50-95s made, but do not know about the 45 cal. I have seen one 50-95 and maybe 5 or 6 50-110 Express.I have ONE ORIGINAL Winchester cartridge that cost $ 150.00 and it goes with it! I was told by my collector friend that they were only 29 of them made of this caliber.
