Description:
C.Sharps Model 1-A Pepperboc PIstol - Phila. Mfg. - Cal. .22 - 2 1/2" Bbl. - SN22577 (early 1860s). Bores are perfect - bright with sharp rifling - action is excellent with perfect lockup and no play. Metal is excellent overall with no rust, pits, or corrosion and all markings are sharp and clear. Barrel retains about 90% blue with some areas of thinning. Brass frame is undamaged with a nice mellow tone - most all silver has worn or flaked off. Gutta Percha grips are undamaged and show no wear at all.. This old C,Sharps is in excellent + condition and shows minimal use and has been very well maintained.
