US marked revolver, delivered too late for Civil War issue these revolvers were sold as surplus by Bannerman Co. after 1900. SN 921. 7 1/2" octagon barrel with cone front sight. 6 shot round cyl. Bbl & frame have inspectors marks. 2 piece walnut grips with light cartouche. 95% old reblued metal finish. Sanded & refinished grips have large chip along back of right side & dnets at butt. Bore shows good rifling with scattered pitting. Sound mechanics. Priority mail $15.00
