Description:
Serial #D65142, .38 Special, 2 1/2" vent rib barrel with an excellent, bright bore. This is a 1975 manufactured revolver that retains virtually all of the original blue finish with only a minor turn-ring visible on the cylinder. The lock-up is tight and the mechanism functions flawlessly. The checkered walnut Colt medallion grips are likewise in excellent shape with only some negligible traces of flattening to the points on the butt. The revolver is housed in its original woodgrain box with Styrofoam clamshell insert and original papers. This is a practically new-in-box example of a highly desirable Colt Diamondback overall. FFL
