Description:
NSN, .22 LR, 5" floating chamber-equipped barrel with a fine, bright bore that has some faint freckling within the grooves at the breech. The slide has 95% plus of the original blue finish remaining with silvering along the exposed edges and on the bearing surfaces. The barrel has much of the original blue remaining but does exhibit areas of pinprick pitting at the breech where surface oxidation has been removed and the other components have mixed original blue and gray fading throughout. The sheet metal ejector is still present and the kit comes complete with a slide latch, Colt magazine, slide spring and spring plug. Also included is a two-piece Colt woodgrain box that has mild edge wear and corner damage as well as a slightly detached but complete yellow paper end label.
