We do not know the maker but this fine rifle has a Loin over P.V. proof mark in the bolt handle. This proof mark is for an English rifle proofed in Liege. The hand carved walnut stock has both an American and German look with a Whitetail deer and an Oak with acorn pattern. The metal is in great condition and the rifle has a Double set trigger. The only minor issue is there is a little light rust on the bottom of the bolt handle in the hidden area. This rifle does not look like it has been fired.
