NEW LOWER PRICE FOR SALE BY MONTH'S END! SCOPE AND RINGS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE REDUCED SELLING PRICE! For sale is a Remington 700 CUSTOM SHOP African Big Game rifle chambered in 416 Rem Mag. This rifle was ordered CUSTOM with a beautiful AAA Claro walnut stock, wrap around forearm checkering, rosewood crossbolt plugs and grip cap, barrel band swivel, NECG Express Sights with a Classic adjustable rear and banded front sight with hood, muzzle brake with thread protector, and three magazines. It was made in 2007 in Remington's Ilion, NY Custom Shop and is a beautiful example of their fine custom shop craftsmanship. Wood to metal fit is outstanding and the wood is spectacular! Rifle is in 99% condition as I bought it from a friend who needed cash and never hunted with it. I shot it at the range and placed both 350 and 400 grain Swift A-Frames in the same point of impact at 100 yards. Best three shot group was with the 350 gr bullets and measured just under an inch! From a 416 Rem Mag!. It is topped with a Zeiss Conquest 3.5-10X44 scope with a German #4 reticle which is a perfect combination for this fine rifle. Weight is approx 10.5 pounds and the LOP is just over 13.5 inches. Balances very well and shoulders quickly. This is a great rifle to take on your next Safari or Alaskan Brown Bear hunt with plenty of cash for the hunt left over compared to what you would pay for a Dakota! And this Remington will shoot just as well as the Dakota! No sales to California or outside the US. Shipping cost is to CONUS only. Must ship to a valid FFL.
