This rifle is very accurate and is sighted in at 100 yards. A 3-shot target was shot on 1-7-15 will be included with the rifle. It has two shots intersecting each other in the bullseye and the third shot slightly low and slightly to the left. This target was shot in sub-zero temperatures with wind, so image what this rifle is capable of doing in good hunting weather. The ammo used was Factory Federal Fusion 95 grain ammo. The target was only shot to verify whether I had previously sighted in the rifle or just bore sighted it, as I could not remember. Obviously, it was sighted in and is ready to go with its new owner. Who says a full stock carbine can not be accurate? THIS BUIILT IN GERMANY RIFLE IS IN OUTSTANDING EX++ CONDITION. PLEASE ALSO NOTE THAT IT HAS THE EXPENSIVE AND HIGHLY DESIRED FACTORY INSTALLED SAUER & SOHN SINGLE SET TRIGGER. The rifle is being offered for sale only as a package, which includes the ZEISS CONQUEST 4.4-14 44MM SCOPE ($700+), with a #20 PLEX reticle. The scope is currently mounted in the expensive ($450+) German EAW quick detachable bases and rings. This made in WEST GERMANY rifle is of the very highest quality and one of the finest hunting rifles in the world. It is gorgeous in appearance and should appeal to both the collector and the hunter. This rifle was built in West Germany by Sauer & Sohn in the 1980's and still remains in near new condition. It has been sighted in only, and has not been taken into the woods. The wood on this rifle is in superb condition and shows a very nice European style oil finish.
