Description:
This is the DirtKing Exotic Handgun Bag in Axis for up to a 6" revolver. It is 13 1/2" long, 8" across, and 3" thick. Our gun bags are made from the finest of leathers and exotic skins available. Each bag is hand made one at a time, not on an assembly line in a big factory, but in a private workshop by a Master Craftsman with over 40 years of experience in the leather working industry. Whether it is hand-stamped and tooled leather, or one of many exotic skins, our bags range from handgun up to scoped rifle sizes and are all hand crafted with American pride and a passion that is not found in any other gun bag in the world. The leather used in our bags is cut from vegetable-tanned American raised hides from The Herman Oak Leather Company of St. Louis Missouri. It has an olive oil rubbed finish and is hand-stained to give it a rich vintage patina. Every skin that we use is painstakingly examined and held to the highest of standards before being sent to our workshop. Every bag will have a 100% sheepskin interior cut from either New Zealand or Austrailian hides curried and trimmed to a 1" thick pile. They will have a stitched and turned French style binding using a full grain cowhide and comfortably rolled, reinforced leather handles. The bags will also have Hand-Tooled Vegetable-Tanned leather handle mount covers over solid brass loops that allow the handles to fold down with ease. Each bag is equipped with a #10 solid brass toothed YKK zipper with a braided leather pull and leather zipper guard to protect your firearm. Each bag will also have a 1/4" closed-cell foam liner in between the sheepskin and exterior of the bag that protects against impact and acts as a moisture barrier. These bags are made to last you a lifetime and longer. Something that the next generation can enjoy as well.
