This is a blued copy from the 1880's of the Smith & Wesson Number 3 double action six shot 44 Russian. It is blue and is well made copy. The barrel was cut down to 2" as a hide out gun. Works perfect in double action only. Original high polish blue finish is about 70%. Bore is strong and locks up like new, not wobbly. Grips are excellent. Comes with 1880's Shipley Hardward marked should holster in excellent condition with 6 44 caliber cartridge loops. Impressive big frame .44 gamblers or gunfighters rig from the 1880's.
