Description:
This is a very special custom Dakota model 10 and none finer on GI. It started in 2001 as a special order Dakota barreled action in the white with a factory installed 6mm BR barrel with a 1:10 twist and will stabilize 90-100 grain bullets, 22.5 inches long and .555 inches in diameter at the muzzle. There is a front barrel band and rear sling swivel stud in the stock. It was then custom relief engraved and stocked with an exceptional blank of European walnut. Checkering is fine, my estimate is 26 lines per inch and wraps over the top of the pistol grip and extremely well executed. There is a steel grip cap and a thin Decelarator recoil pad. Length of pull is 14.25 inches. Weight is 6.0 pounds without scope or rings. It has Talley bases. An exquisite light hunting rifle.
Condition is as new with 100% blue and no stock dings or marks.
