Description:
Action is Model 1999 Montana Rifle Company similar to Model 70 Winchester. Wood blank is exhibition english walnut. Checkering is 26 lines per inch Multi-point ribbon pattern. All engraving work done by Rachel Wells. Gold medallion on floor plate is a caribou. Barrel is custom Lilja. All stock sock work done by Keith Heppler, metalwork by Steve Heilmann, and rust bluing by Pete Mazure.
Rifle comes with scope and is Swarovski 3 X 9 X 36.
Rifle comes with 5 boxes of custom 140 Gr Barnes TSX copper bullets. Rifle was shipped to Superior Ammunition in Sturgis, SD where a sub-MOA load was developed. Owner will enjoy access to the results of this expense work up for the life of the rifle.
Rifle has seen action in the North West Territory of Canada as well as New Zealand. It performed flawlessly even at considerable distances of 400-500 yds.
