Description:
This very interesting flintlock is 16" long, and a barrel of 10" with no proof marks. Ornate lock engraving name appears to be: GILL? and the engraved hammer is very stylish. the butt-cap is a brass insert that's a classical portrait. The escutcheon is inlaid with initials, and a family crest. The flat side plate is engraved, and has a note with a number on it from a museum collection. The ram-rod is wood with a brass tip. Action works good, this is above average. We don’t have asite .I prefer money orders or a check. Item ships when funds come in. If you can only pay with a card let me know.
