very seldom do you find new in the box shotguns from the 1950's. this is a safe queen that has come out of the darkness. this shotgun has never ben assembled, it is in it's original box with all paperwork and hanging tags. The NewHaven 295 was a model made by Mossberg. The shotgun was a gift to a doctor in the 1950's and remains new in the box. the shotgun is fitted with a screw on full choke that was a Mossberg trade mark from that period in time. very scarce in new in the box condition.
