There were 131,163 of these made between 1868 and 1881. This one is New York Engraved and Nickel plated. There are some nickel losses, mostly in front of the cylinder, the cylinder itself, and at the end if the barrel with slight pitting in these areas. Still a very nice New York engraved Smith & Wesson.
