- Early 1800 style acorn finial
- Ornate trigger guard
- Walnut checkered bag handle grip
- Engraved side lock
- No makers name present
- Engraved upper tang
- Engraved dolphin style hammer
- Early forend tip style
- Single barrel keeper key
- Brass inset front sight
- No proof marks underneath barrel which is inline with frontier era percussion pistol
- Wood has large amount of original checkering and wood itself is in very good condition
- Very scarce American frontier type pistol that definitely saw action during the frontier expansion
