Description:
This shortened 1907 bayonet has a two inch false edge on the bright blued blade. Ricasso is stamped "MK1**" with "FR56" on opposite side. Guard and pommel show 95% darker blue color, grips show a couple small marks and remain in excellent condition. This comes in a shortened steel and leather 1907 scabbard with round frog stud. Inspectors marks show near staples on scabbard. Metal parts show 60% blue, fading to brown. Leather is worn with tight seam. A very good example.
