On Hold Pending Funds / Winchester Model 1873 Lever Action Rifle, serial # 309841 B, cal. 38-40, with a 24" octagonal barrel with full magazine, bore is good with strong rifling but there are areas with minor shallow pitting nothing drastic, rear Marbles tang sight, front Jack sight with brass blade and set screw, nice walnut stock and forearm showing very little handling, all metal is a nice dark plum with wear to the high points, there is some iridescent of blue in the protected areas, overall a very honest 1889-manufactured rifle that has a very pleasing "old West" look to it, overall condition is good plus - good plus plus.
