Description:
S# 133005, in .455 Eley, the 5 1/2 inch barrel has a bright, excellent bore. This 1916 mfg. revolver features a smooth trigger, flat latch and hard rubber grips. The frame is marked with a broad arrow and Enfield inspectors marks near the hammer and standard British Govt Ownership proof by the barrel, both on left side. Revolver retains 85- 90% original blue with holster wear, the grip straps show the most loss from usage. The grips are scratch numbered to gun and show repaired cracks, toe on right, heel on left. The barrel is import marked. A very attractive New Service, a fine example of these WW1 small arms, that looks much better than most. FFL or C&R
