Description:
A mark II* conversion with the lock marked "1863/Enfield" with the Queens cipher. The conversion is by B.S.A. Co with the breech so marked. The right stock has the Dominion of Canada "DC in Diamond" on the right side. The 36 3/4" barrel has a bright bore with light and scattered Pitts. All metal is gray/brown with 2 large letters "A" cut into the stock right side forward of the lock. The cleaning rod is the correct pattern but modern made. Antique.
