Marlin model 1893 .32-40 caliber rifle. This is an early model 1893 without the upper tang model marking. The last patent date is 1889 on the barrel. Bore is good to very good with strong rifling and some light fouling in the grooves. Action works perfectly. Barrel has good blue and receiver is patina. Sharp edges with no pits or abuse. Fine early 1893.
