Although the parts are not interchangeable the made in Spain Astra 900 Series pistols are copies of the German Mauser C96 (AKA a Broomhandle). This example has a ten (10) round magazine. It is in Excellent/Pristine condition. In July of 1998 the company closed its doors and in 1999 released for sale to the general public their "Factory Collection" firearms. While we cannot confirm this, due to the incredible condition of this firearm it just may have come from this collection. Many of these pistols were made for and sent to China - there are no Chinese symbols on this firearm.
