From the collection of Gary Burghoff, the actor who portrayed "Radar O'Reilly on the hit TV show M.A.S.H:This revolver has a long and convoluted history. As the story goes, it was originally dug up by a prospector in Winnemucca, Nevada who, in turn, gave it to a woman in Carson City. She sold it to a man at an antique sale and, later on, he sold it to Mr. Burghoff. The markings are obscured, but the serial number is legible, "PN" on the right barrel flat, and "CA" in a box just beneath the leading edge of the cylinder on the right side, are both visible. It is uncertain if this is a Mexican copy, but it certainly fits that profile.
