Description:
SN 313 bright, as new condition bore. This is a very scarce Swiss Amsler rifle model 1866/67. Small bore. This rifle takes a 10.4 X 38 (41 Swiss) rimfire cartridge. The sight is graduated to 800 meters. The lock is marked V. Saverbrey, the breech marked T.H. Klaus. The serial # 313 is marked on the breech, barrel and stock. The metal retains 95% plus original finish, the small parts are numbered 98 on screws and bands with the rod showing #1098. A very uncommon Swiss conversion in the USA. An excellent overall collector grade condition. A piece for the Swiss, or the military conversion collector. Antique
