Description:
Just in time for Quail, Grouse, and Woodcock season I have a very nice Parker Reproduction in 28 gauge. This particular gun has 26 inch barrels choked improved Cylinder and modified. Stock has a straight grip and splinter forend. Stock dimensions are 1 1/2 X 2 3/8 X 14 1/4 over the skeleton butt. Cast is neutral on the stock. Gun has been lightly used and the case coloring is at about 50%. The case coloring on the Reproduction guns is a chemical case coloring and comes off after very little handling and even fades in direct sunlight. This is the only flaw that I can find with these fine guns. Trigger is single, and selective. This trigger has excellent trigger pulls. Ejectors are strong and well timed. There are a few very light handling marks on the stock, checkering is near perfect. Bluing is near perfect as well even on the bottom trigger tang showing the gun hasn't been carried much. Weight of the gun is 5 pounds 8 ounces and the balance is excellent as it is on all of these 28 gauge guns. The gun is all original and not a screw has been touched that I can tell. Wood as you can see in the pictures is way above average. Gun comes with leather case, dust cover, snap caps, case key, owner's manual, warranty card, and original shipping box. Price of this nice little upland gun is $4600 plus actual shipping to your FFL. If you are looking for a nice 28 that you can actually shoot and not one to just sit in the case, this would be a super choice. Contact me with any questions you might have.
