The pistol-grip stock is outfitted with a shotgun-style buttplate. This gun uses a double-set trigger for precise accuracy. The blued octagonal 30" barrel has a 1:18" rate of twist. It is chambered for the potent and popular .45-70 cartidge. The rear sight is adjustable for windage and elevation and the rifle comes pre-drilled to accept an optional Creedmore-style sight (sold separately).
