Set trigger action with both inside lower tang and butt stock have matching assembly numbers with lower tang also marked "XX". Pistol grip butt stock with hard rubber insert, unusual grain pattern, stable crack at upper tang, and swiss BP with about 50% nickel remaining. Matching exc cond fore end. Barrel is 27", 1/2 oct #3 with the round section recontoured to a slimmer profile, well done. The bore is VG++, the blue is thinning and the barrel is mounted with a Lyman Targetspot 10X on target blocks with exc optics and fine x-hairs. All surfaces appear to have been redone at some time.
