BRITISH 2ND MODEL {1777 PATTERN} BROWN BESS MUSKET 42" barrel, full pinned stock, four ramrod pipes, and Tower marked lock. A scarce 1777 pattern service musket showing good visiable lock markings. Fine stock with wrist escutcheon and showing modest wear in relation to it's age. Store keeper's mark is present on the right stock flat near the butt. A very nice Revolutionary War service musket.
