VERY rare find indeed. NOT A FAKE! This is an authentic "death's head" P-08 holster rig in fairly high condition. No tears rips bad scuffs or broken threads. The gun is period to the holster - a BYF 1941 P-08 'BLACK WIDOW'. It is in excellent original condition that would be hard to upgrade from. It has the proper FXO Bake-Lite bottom magazine that looks like new. The holster DOES have the 'tool' - AND a second correct magazine tht ia super clean. The pictures tell the story. This type of holster is almost impossible to find today in ANY condition. The last one I saw several years back was not quite as nice and went for $3 K by itself.
