Description:
All original Model 1890 pump action rifle. Manufactured in 1908. Wood stock with crescent steel buttplate has not been refinished and has minor scratches and dings. Reciever has lost most bluing and is developing patina. Freckling noted along top of receiver and on feed tube. 24" octagonal barrel retains a good percentage of original blueing. Lettering on barrel remains sharp and fully legible. Action is smooth. Rifle is in good condition considering age of 106 years. This is a .22 short only model.
